Not many films get this tremendous amount of attention and recognition before release and no wonder, director Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan is a much satisfied man. His film LAHORE, after getting all the accolades and awards at various national and international film festivals, is all ready to woo the audience with its worldwide release on March 19th.
CHECK OUT: Hollywood singer Lisbeth Scott sings for Indian film LAHORE
The film which speaks about humanity, has its heart in the right place and talks intrinsically about the psyche of the youth of India and Pakistan through a relatively unknown sport, Kickboxing.
The director feels that the ancient and culturally rich city of Lahore is in the news for all the wrong reasons and after this film releases, Lahore will get its due recognition, the sort that it deserves. He also expressed his gratitude to all the hugely talented stars of his film, Farooque Sheikh, Nafisa Ali, Saurabh Shukla, Kelly Dorjee, Mukesh Rishi, Aashish Vidyarthi etc without whose co-operation it would not have been possible to make a film like LAHORE.
Certainly LAHORE with its star ensemble appears to be creatively satisfying film which needs the support of all those who believe in humanity and peace.
